1. Company Information

2. Product Description

The products sold are online trainings program called but not limited to NOVA AI, Golden Angels, Crypto, Spark Pro, hosted on a private learning platform via WordPress and TutorLMS. The training includes various pre-recorded educational modules, available online.

  1. Access and Delivery

Access to the training content is granted immediately after payment via the email address or WhatsApp number provided by the customer.

Delivery is considered effective when the access link or login information has been sent.
This constitutes full proof of delivery.

4. Pricing and Payment

The training can be purchased in:

  • One single payment
  • Or via installment plans of 2, 3, or 5 payments

All payments are made in euros (€). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Prices are shown inclusive of taxes where applicable.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

The customer may exercise a right of withdrawal within 14 days of the purchase date, as long as they have not accessed the training content.

Once access is provided, the purchase is considered final and no refunds will be issued beyond the 14-day period.

6. Intellectual Property

All training content, materials, videos, and documents are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of Alteco Management FZCO.

Any reproduction, sharing, resale, or public diffusion of this content is strictly prohibited.
Training is for personal, individual use only.

7. No Result Guarantee

All programs are provided for educational purposes only. Alteco Management FZCO does not guarantee any income, financial outcome, or professional success, whether explicit or implied. Results depend entirely on the user’s personal effort, context, and commitment to applying the content.
Under no circumstances shall the company be held responsible for a lack of results or dissatisfaction related to individual performance.

8. Account Sharing and Security

Each purchase grants access to one user only.
Sharing login credentials with other people is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension of access without refund and potential legal action.

9. Strict Installment Payment Policy

By choosing to purchase the program via an installment plan (2, 3, or 5 payments), the client formally commits to paying all installments in full.

Access to the program is granted for lifetime immediately after the first payment. Therefore, the purchase is binding and the full amount must be paid, even if the participant decides to stop engaging with the content.

A. Importance of Full Payment

  • Choosing an installment plan does not cancel the obligation to pay the full amount.

  • There is no option to cancel or stop paying after access is granted.

  • Lifetime access is conditional upon full payment of the agreed amount.

B. Late Payment Consequences

If a scheduled installment payment fails, the following applies:

  • 0–7 days late:
    No penalty. A reminder is sent to the customer.

  • Day 8–14 late:
    A 10% late fee is applied on the missed installment.

  • Day 15–21 late:
    An additional 10% is added (total penalty = 20%).

  • Day 22–30 late:
    An additional 10% is added (total penalty = 30%).

  • Over 30 days late:
    A final 100% penalty is applied (total amount due = missed installment × 2).

In all cases, access to the program is suspended after 7 days of non-payment and will only be reinstated once the full overdue amount (including late fees) is settled.

Failure to resolve overdue payments beyond 30 days may result in:

  • A permanent ban from all current and future programs offered by Alteco Management FZCO and its affiliated brands

  • Legal action to recover the unpaid debt, including any applicable late fees, legal costs, and damages

C. Access to Program Benefits and Certification

Participants who pay all installments in full and on time will:

  • Receive the official program completion certificate

  • Be invited to the exclusive graduation ceremony

  • Obtain access to bonuses and fast-action bonuses (if applicable)

  • Join the private Alumni Network, with exclusive content and offers

  • Receive a mystery gift of high value, revealed at the end of the program

  • Receive a €100 fidelity coupon applicable to any future program (if fully paid)

These benefits are exclusively reserved for participants who honor their full payment commitment.

10. Modification and Updates

The program content may be updated or improved over time. Such modifications do not entitle the customer to a refund.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
In case of dispute, competent courts will be those of Dubai, UAE.

12. Refund policy

A. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection standards, customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they have not accessed the training materials.

B. Exclusion from Right of Withdrawal

Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access to the training platform, any customer who has accessed the content, even partially, waives their right to a refund.

By purchasing this program, you acknowledge that access to the content is granted immediately after payment, and that the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the training has started.

We reserve the right to verify access activity to determine refund eligibility.

C. No Refund Beyond 14 Days

After the 14-day period, no refunds will be granted, under any circumstance, unless required by law.

D. Exceptional circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified technical issues preventing access for more than 14 consecutive days
  • Other documented exceptions at the sole discretion of our team

All refund requests are manually reviewed. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Produktet që shiten janë programe trajnimi online të quajtura, por jo të kufizuara vetëm te NOVA AI, Golden Angels, Crypto, Spark Pro, të hostuara në një platformë private mësimore përmes WordPress dhe TutorLMS. Trajnimi përfshin module edukative të regjistruara më parë, të disponueshme online.

3. Aksesi dhe dorëzimi

Aksesi në përmbajtjen e trajnimit jepet menjëherë pas pagesës, përmes adresës së emailit ose numrit WhatsApp të dhënë nga klienti.

Dorëzimi konsiderohet i plotë sapo dërgohet lidhja e aksesit ose informacioni i hyrjes.
Kjo përbën provë të vlefshme të dorëzimit.

4. Çmimi dhe pagesa

Trajnimi mund të blihet:

  • Me pagesë të vetme
  • Ose me këste: në 2, 3 ose 5 pagesa

Të gjitha pagesat bëhen në euro (€). Procesimi i pagesës realizohet përmes Stripe. Çmimet përfshijnë taksat, nëse është e aplikueshme.

5. E drejta e tërheqjes dhe politika e rimbursimit

Klienti mund të ushtrojë të drejtën e tërheqjes brenda 14 ditëve nga data e blerjes, për sa kohë që nuk ka aksesuar përmbajtjen e trajnimit.

Pasi të jetë dhënë aksesi, blerja konsiderohet përfundimtare dhe nuk do të ofrohet asnjë rimbursim pas afatit 14-ditor.

6. Prona intelektuale

E gjithë përmbajtja e trajnimit, materialet, videot dhe dokumentet janë të mbrojtura me të drejtë autori dhe janë pronë ekskluzive e Alteco Management FZCO.

Riprodhimi, shpërndarja, rishitja apo publikimi pa leje janë rreptësisht të ndaluara.
Përdorimi i trajnimit është vetëm për përdorim personal individual.

7. Pa garanci për rezultate

Programet NOVA AI, Spark Pro, E-com Angels dhe Golden Angels jan trajnimi me qëllim thjesht edukativ. Alteco Management FZCO nuk ofron asnjë premtim, as të drejtpërdrejtë dhe as të tërthortë, për të ardhura, sukses profesional apo pavarësi financiare. Rezultatet varen plotësisht nga përkushtimi personal, konteksti individual dhe zbatimi i përmbajtjes nga vetë përdoruesi.
Kompania nuk mban përgjegjësi në asnjë rast për mungesën e rezultateve apo për ndonjë pakënaqësi të lidhur me performancën personale.

8. Ndalimi i ndarjes së llogarisë

Çdo blerje ofron akses për një përdorues të vetëm.
Ndarja e të dhënave të hyrjes me persona të tjerë është e ndaluar. Shkeljet mund të çojnë në pezullimin e aksesit pa rimbursim dhe në ndjekje të mundshme ligjore.

9. Mos-pagesa dhe pezullimi i aksesit

Nëse një këst dështon dhe nuk zgjidhet brenda 7 ditëve, aksesi në trajnim mund të pezullohet automatikisht deri në zgjidhjen e situatës.

10. Ndryshimet në përmbajtje

Përmbajtja e programit mund të përditësohet ose përmirësohet me kalimin e kohës. Këto ndryshime nuk përbëjnë arsye për rimbursim.

11. Ligji i zbatueshëm dhe juridiksioni

Këto kushte rregullohen nga ligjet e Emirateve të Bashkuara Arabe.
Në rast mosmarrëveshjeje, gjykatat kompetente do të jenë ato të Dubait, UAE.

12. Politika e Rimbursimit

Ne jemi të përkushtuar për të ofruar një përvojë të cilësisë së lartë përmes programit trajnues NOVA AI, Spark Pro, E-com Angels dhe Golden Angels i operuar nga Alteco Management FZCO.

A. E drejta e tërheqjes (brenda 14 ditëve)

Në përputhje me politikat tona dhe standardet e mbrojtjes së konsumatorit, klientët kanë të drejtë të kërkojnë rimbursim brenda 14 ditëve nga data e blerjes, për aq kohë sa nuk kanë aksesuar materialet e trajnimit.

Për të ushtruar këtë të drejtë, klienti duhet të dërgojë kërkesë me shkrim në:

B. Përjashtimi nga e drejta e tërheqjes

Për shkak të natyrës digjitale të produktit dhe aksesit të menjëhershëm në përmbajtjen e trajnimit, çdo klient që ka aksesuar materialet në tërësi ose pjesërisht, heq dorë nga e drejta për tërheqje.

Me blerjen e programit, ju pranoni që aksesi në përmbajtjen digjitale fillon menjëherë pas pagesës dhe si rrjedhojë, e drejta për tërheqje nuk është më e vlefshme pasi trajnimi ka filluar.

C. Nuk ka rimbursim pas afatit 14-ditor

Pas përfundimit të periudhës 14-ditore, nuk do të pranohet asnjë kërkesë për rimbursim, përveç rasteve të detyrueshme me ligj.

D. Raste të jashtëzakonshme

Rimbursimi mund të shqyrtohet në raste të veçanta si:

  • Pagesë e dyfishtë
  • Probleme teknike që pengojnë aksesin real për më shumë se 14 ditë rresht
  • Raste të tjera të dokumentuara

Çdo rast shqyrtohet individualisht nga ekipi ynë.

E. Si të kërkoni një rimbursim (nëse jeni të përshtatshëm)

Paralajmërim i rëndësishëm: Të gjitha programet tona trajnuese – përfshirë por pa u kufizuar në Nova AI, Golden Angels, Spark Pro, E-Com Angels dhe të tjera – kanë si qëllim zhvillimin personal dhe profesional të pjesëmarrësve. Në këto trajnime, ne përfshijmë tema që lidhen me vetëbesimin, lidershipin, aftësitë teknike dhe kreative, si dhe ndërtimin e një karriere të qëndrueshme online.

Përmbajtja mund të shfaqet në forma të ndryshme: tekste, email-e, audio, video, trajnime live dhe materiale të tjera edukative. Kemi bërë përpjekjet maksimale që të paraqesim në mënyrë të ndershme dhe reale programet tona dhe potencialin që ato ofrojnë për zhvillim.

Megjithatë, asnjë nga programet, produktet apo shërbimet tona nuk përbën një garanci për rezultat të caktuar financiar, profesional apo personal.

Çdo rezultat varet nga shumë faktorë: angazhimi juaj, koha që i kushtoni praktikës, aftësitë tuaja, përkushtimi, njohuritë ekzistuese, rrethanat jetësore dhe profesionale, mjedisi përreth dhe stabiliteti juaj financiar. Ne nuk ofrojmë premtime për fitim të shpejtë apo sukses të garantuar.

Me regjistrimin ose blerjen e një programi apo shërbimi nga ne, ju pranoni dhe kuptoni se jeni plotësisht përgjegjës për rezultatet dhe veprimet tuaja. Rezultatet mund të ndryshojnë ndjeshëm nga personi në person.

Të gjitha deklaratat dhe shembujt e përdorur në faqet tona të internetit ose në materialet promovuese janë për qëllime ilustrimi dhe nuk përbëjnë një garanci për performancë.
